build: enable onDemand for release-please#12708
Merged
Conversation
The monorepo has a lot of commits and overloads release-please by triggering it on every commit. Enabling onDemand will skip automatic processing on push events and require manual triggering via the release-please:force-run label.

Code Review
This pull request updates the .github/release-please.yml configuration by adding the onDemand: true property, which enables manual release triggers. There were no review comments provided for this change, and I have no additional feedback to provide.
